1. Scope of Application
1.1 These General Conditions of Sale ("GCS") govern the online offer and sale of products by the Company on the website www.hui-milano.com (the "Website").
Customers may contact Customer Service to request information, send communications, or submit complaints regarding sales, purchase orders, products, payments, and shipments by writing to the following email address info@hui-milano.com
1.2 These GCS apply to all sales made through the Website and are an integral and essential part of the purchase contract between the Company and the Customer. The electronic submission of an order implies full knowledge and acceptance of these GCS, the privacy policy, and all other information displayed on the Website.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to modify the Website, privacy provisions, and GCS from time to time, for instance, to offer new products or to comply with legal or regulatory changes. Any modifications and/or new terms will be effective once published in the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" section of the Website.
The GCS applicable are those in force at the time the purchase order is submitted. Customers are therefore encouraged to read the most up-to-date version of the GCS before making a purchase. If any provision of these GCS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
2. Purchase and Registration
2.1 Orders can only be placed through the Website by individuals over the age of 18 acting for purposes unrelated to their business, entrepreneurial, craft, or professional activity, and who have registered by creating an account. The Company reserves the right to reject orders suspected of non-personal use. By placing an order, the Customer declares that the purchase is for private use only.
2.2 Registration is free. To register, the Customer must complete the registration form and provide personal and contact details.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from Customers who:
(i) are suspected of using products for non-personal purposes;
(ii) are involved in a legal dispute with the Company;
(iii) have violated these GCS or the terms of any prior purchase contract;
(iv) have been involved in fraud (including credit card fraud);
(v) have provided false, incomplete, or inaccurate information, or failed to promptly provide requested identification documents;
(vi) do not offer sufficient guarantees of solvency.
3. Product Information
Each product is accompanied by a Product Sheet. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. The Customer acknowledges that products may vary slightly from images due to screen color settings. For contractual purposes, the product description in the order form prevails.
4. Order Confirmation and Contract Finalization
4.1 Only registered Customers who have accepted the GCS and the privacy policy may place orders. By placing an order, the Customer submits a binding offer. Before order completion, Customers will be asked to confirm or correct personal information.
4.2 The order process is complete when the Customer receives an order confirmation email, which includes the order number, transaction ID, and purchase details (the "Contract"). If the order is not successfully completed, the Contract is automatically voided, and the Customer will be notified of the cancellation.
4.3 If the Company cannot accept or fulfill an order (e.g., due to product unavailability or unforeseen logistical issues), the Customer will be notified by email and will not be charged. If already paid, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity or type of products available on the Website at any time.
5. Prices, Shipping, and Delivery
5.1 All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT for Italy and other EU countries. Customers outside the EU are responsible for local taxes, customs duties, and currency conversion fees.
5.2 Customs duties and other applicable fees for non-EU orders are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
5.3 Product prices and shipping costs will be shown on the order page and in the order confirmation email.
5.4 The Company may change prices at any time. However, the price billed will be that shown on the product description page at the time of the order.
5.5 Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.
5.6 Delivery is available in Italy and selected EU countries, as well as Extra-EU country: Switzerland, United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Russia.
5.7 Delivery timelines exclude weekends and national holidays.
5.8 Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 1–2 business days;
- EU (excluding Italy) and Switzerland: from €25.00, 3–4 business days;
- Non-EU countries: from €30.00, 4–5 business days;
Delivery is guaranteed within 30 days from contract finalization.
5.9 Shipment tracking details will be emailed to the Customer upon dispatch.
5.10 The Company will ship orders after full payment. It is not liable for delays due to causes beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
5.11 During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may increase. In such cases, no liability is assumed.
5.12 Customers must check their delivery for accuracy and condition. Missing items will be reordered; damaged/incorrect ones will be replaced per these GCS.
6. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before receiving shipment confirmation. Email the address info@hui-milano.com to request cancellation. The Company will issue a refund within 14 days.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Customers have 14 days from product receipt to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason. This does not apply to customized or personalized products.
8.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must email a request including the order confirmation number and purchase details.
8.3 Products must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notification, following Customer Service instructions. Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.
8.4 Returned products must:
- Be in original packaging and condition;
- Be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and clean;
- Include all tags, labels, seals, and accessories;
- Include the original shipping document.
8.5 Upon receiving the returned goods, the Company will verify compliance. If accepted, the product price (excluding shipping, return shipping costs and return duties) will be refunded within 14 days, using the original payment method. Refunds may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided.
8.6 Customers are liable for any diminished product value due to improper handling. If conditions in 8.4 are not met, the Company may reduce or deny the refund and inform the Customer accordingly. If rejected, the Customer may reclaim the item at their expense.
