WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled or modified only before being shipped. After this time, changes may not be possible.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY PURCHASE?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order shortly after your purchase is completed. Please check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

Shipping & Delivery

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES HUI MILANO SHIP TO?

HUI Milano ships to Italy, European Union countries, and selected destinations outside the EU, including Switzerland, the United States, Canada, and Russia. For more information on delivery availability, kindly proceed to checkout and enter your destination details.

WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES?

Our orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Italy: 1–2 business days
  • EU countries, Switzerland & United Kingdom: 3–4 business days
  • Non-EU countries (US, Canada & Russia): 4–5 business days

Please note that delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays, and may vary during high-demand periods or due to customs procedures.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may follow your parcel’s journey at any time by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided.

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED IN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is included in the purchase price.

For orders outside the EU, duties, local taxes, and customs fees are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges, if applicable, must be settled directly with your local customs authority upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original labels and packaging intact. Please note:

  • Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
    Returns must be pre-authorized through our Customer Service team.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@hui-milano.com, indicating your name, email address, order number, and the items you wish to return or exchange. Once your request is approved, you will receive all the necessary instructions and documents via email.

For exchanges, a new order must be placed for the desired item, following the return of the original product.

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?

For EU customers, returns are complimentary—HUI Milano will cover all associated shipping costs.

For non-EU customers, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Please note: original shipping fees, return duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase; exchange rate differences are not reimbursed.
