Shipping and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day.
Delivery timings as well as shipping rates, may vary according to the destination address. Your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination address.

Shipping Delays

We invite you to consider the delivery times indicated above only as a reference and estimation. You will always be able to track your order when logged in your Account. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
During holidays and peak periods, your order may take longer than anticipated.

DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid)
Please note that orders shipped outside of the European Union may be served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees.

Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Please be aware that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process. This is unfortunately outside of our control and we cannot take responsibility for any delay. 

How can I return my order?

Returns within the EU:
You have 14 days from the reception date to request your return to our team, followed by 14 days to have your order physically returned to us. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

To request a return authorization please contact us via email (info@hui-milano.com) indicating your: name, email address and order number. Please specify what items you intend to return. 

We shall confirm your request by sending you an email containing: all the information and documents needed to return the goods.

Returns outside the EU:
If you wish to return some items from a country outside the European Union, you shall notify our team by sending an email (info@hui-milano.com) within 14 days from the reception of your parcel. Contact us via email (info@hui-milano.com) indicating your: name, email address and order number. Please specify what items you intend to return.

Once your request is approved, HUI Milano shall arrange the return. Please note that return costs will be then deducted to the total amount of the refund, and any customs duties or taxes on the returned item are also the responsibility of the customer.

The following countries are members of the European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Items not eligible for returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All sales of discounted products are final. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, including the size, color, and condition, before making your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

EU customers:

Yes, for customers residing in the European Union, the return shipping cost of a product will be deducted from the order refund.

Non-EU customers:

Yes. For returns outside the EU, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that you should also consider duties and taxes when returning the parcel. The return costs will be then deducted to the total amount of the refund. Additionally, any duties and taxes paid on the original shipment will not be refunded. If you choose to use a courier of your choice, the return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

Hui-milano.com does not take any responsibility for the costs related to any return. 

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

As soon as we receive and process your return, your order will pass through a quality control and all items will be carefully analyzed. They should be returned without any fault, stain and with their original labels still attached. 

If this phase is approved, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for the whole process to be completed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that eventual shipping costs and duties paid are not refundable.

If your order has been paid by bank transfer please contact our team via email: info@hui-milano.com. 

It may take at least ten days for the refund to be credited to your account, due to bank-processing times.

RETURNS 

HUI Milano has a 14-days-return policy.
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an item, it can be returned for Size/Color Exchange or refund provided that you notify us in writing and within 14 business days of receiving your order.

How to request a return?

All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Please contact us by email at info@hui-milano.com or through our contact section. We usually accept returns within 7 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 14 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Please, keep in mind that all sales of discounted products are final. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, including the size, color, and condition, before making your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Once your inquiry has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your returns instructions and details about the next steps to take.  

Conditions for return:

Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. Items must be returned to us in original condition.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
The Customer Service Team will arrange the pick-up of your package from your preferred location.

Please fill out and print all documents sent via email by our Customer Service Team, following their instructions carefully. If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass Customs and will be returned to you.

Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick the pre-paid shipping label over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Processing time

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 7 to 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be inspected. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to double-check product details before purchasing discounted items.

European Union (EU) Customers:

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, items purchased at a discounted price during sales or promotions may still be eligible for return or exchange, unless expressly marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase. Where an item is designated as final sale, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product. Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before purchasing discounted items.

United States and Non-EU Customers:

All sale or discounted items are considered final sale and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law. We do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for items purchased at a reduced price. Customers are strongly encouraged to verify sizing, color, and product specifications prior to completing the purchase.

By purchasing sale items, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these jurisdiction-specific terms. In all cases, the condition of the item must comply with our general return standards in the rare event a return is permitted.

EXCHANGE

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us with your request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same return authorization process.

Please note: In order to process an exchange, the customer is required to place a new order for the desired item. The original item must be returned in accordance with our return policy, and a separate transaction must be completed for the new item.
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union ("extra-EU countries"), any applicable import duties, customs fees, and value-added tax (VAT) are not included in the product price or shipping cost and shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges, where applicable, must be paid by the customer directly to the appropriate customs or tax authorities.

REFUND 

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by HUI Milano.

HUI Milano will issue a full refund, credited to your original form of payment and will deduct the shipping costs, unless in case of faulty items return.
Customs duties and VAT/sales taxes are non-refundable.

For purchases paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 14 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
